It's not everyone's idea of a romantic location but a petrol station put Lionel Mark William Spratt in the mood for love.The Northern Territory News reported the 29-year-old was given a good-behaviour bond by Darwin Magistrates Court this week after pleading guilty to behaving indecently in public.Police in the hearing had given evidence that Spratt was in a vehicle at a BP service station at Adelaide River in September last year.A female friend of the man pulled up at the station and the pair became amorous. Police were called.Chief Magistrate Jenny Blokland gave Spratt a 12-month bond and said he should have known his behaviour would be offensive to others.
